Developing Health Care Leadership in and for New Jersey August 25, 2014 | Uncategorized Red Bank Train Station and New Jersey Transit train approaching. Via Flickr by ReThink Health Staff The Medical Society of New Jersey, New Jersey Association of Health Plans, and New Jersey Hospital Association are partnering to improve health and health care for the residents of the state. ReThink Health is supporting this state-level leadership group in developing new relationships across the once siloed organizations and in expanding their understanding, alignment, learning, and action. As a first joint effort, the three associations are now working together to create a cross-sector leadership institute to improve practice and policy across the state. The institute will involve an academic partner and will use high impact, statewide issues, such as end of life care, to bring leaders together. With seed funding from the Rippel Foundation and on-going involvement by ReThink Health, the leadership institute is expected to launch in 2015.
