Lessons Learned from AF4Q August 30, 2015 | In 2007, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation launched the groundbreaking Aligning Forces for Quality effort. This broad endeavor utilized 16 diverse communities across the country to illustrate the progress that can be made locally on the large issues of health system change.
